In January 2008, DELETEmytrash.com has partnered with Philadelphia’s largest mortgage lender and a successful MainLine Realty to provide “Closure and Preparatory services” to the housing foreclosure market.

These services have become very important in this current financial housing trend and our client list seems to be expanding at a similar rate.

DELETEmytrash.com removes all items out of these foreclosed properties, performs minor cosmetic repairs, thoroughly cleans the entire property (inside and out) , and delivers a product that is ready to be put back on the market (all within 24-48 hours).

60-70% of the junk recovered gets donated to Charities and other Non-profit organizations or recycled.
