1. Are you only self-service junk removal? No!!!! We also offer Manpower Assistance Scheduling (MAS), which allows us to schedule assistance with a few heavy items or do it all for you, all on your schedule, not ours. This gives our customers the flexibility that they deserve when cleaning out their home, business, or investor property. This is where we differ from the other junk removal companies that pick up and move to the next job. It also can be much cheaper!
1. Can I schedule help in the evening time?
Yes!! Many of our customers have a nine to five and “after five“ has generally become a popular request.
2. How does this work? (Most asked question).
We Deliver it… You load it… We pick it up… Simple.
3. Who do you work with? Our customers are both residential and commericial customers, looking for either self-service waste and junk removal or full-service cleaning. Its our flexbility to serve you, that makes us the best.
4. Do I need a permit to park a Trash Pod in my neighborhood?
With a dumpster, you will often be required to obtain a permit to have it dropped at your location. However, with a Trash Pod you avoid this unnecessary complication entirely since almost all municipalities do not require permits.
5. What do you do with my junk/trash?
75 percent of it finds its way to a recycling plant or landfill. The remaining is processed and donated to charities and to non-profit organizations.
6. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, credit, or check.
7. Why are you better than the other junk removal specialists? We think there is at least a million different reasons but the one we wish to point out is what we call the “convenience factor.” You have up to 3 days to decide what to dispose of; you don’t have to do it all at once. You can choose to do a couple hours now and couple hours later. No worrying about our trademarked Trash Pod sinking into your lawn or driveway, they weigh far less than industrial dumpsters. You can schedule Manpower Assistance (MAS) for the big stuff, like the couch, or the fridge and then continue with your sorting out in PRIVATE. You can change your mind and your Trash Pod is still there…the other junk companies would already be gone.
8. Does the Trash Pod come with any equipment?
Yes. Every Trash Pod comes with Shovel, Rake, Broom, and Contractor Trash Bags (if requested).
9. What can I put in a Trash Pod?
Furniture, appliances, construction material, lawn waste, renovation debris, garbage, etc. (the list goes on and on)
9. What am I Prohibited from putting in the Trash Pod?
Hazardous Materials such as Paint Chemicals, Batteries, Asbestos, Solvents, “not empty” oil drums, and other regulated substances.
10. Do I pay less if I only want it for 1 day, not the contracted 3 days? No. It is one flat rate for the 72 hours.
11. If I want help to load up my junk for a couple hours. How will I be billed?
(MAS) rates are on an hourly basis. You will be billed for that service interval along with the Trash Pod rental at time of payment.
12. What can fit in a Trash Pod?
The dimensions are 12 ft by 6 ft by 6 ft (equivalent of a 15 yard dumpster)
13. Can you deliver the Trash Pod if I am not on site?
Yes, we are flexible and strive to suite your need.
14. Do you offer a discount on multiple rentals?
Yes, we offer discounts on renting multiple Trash Pods.
